The phrase ‘consciously evolved’ refers to

• Someone who is consciously committed to evolving herself/himself. What does ‘evolving’ mean? Growth and development happen at the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. All of these aspects are interconnected and are equally important in achieving equanimity.
  Evolution of consciousness is a gradual process – often called ‘the path’, ‘the journey’, ‘the awakening, self-actualization, and others.

So… what is one becoming aware of, conscious of, awakened to, or evolving into? It means becoming aware of our true nature, the realization that we are the divine essence in a physical form. We are infinite beings experiencing material reality in this human body. In other words, God/Universal Source/Omnipotent Power became “incarnate” in us to experience sense-perceived reality here on earth. The purpose of this journey is to evolve and to rise above the judgments, scarcity consciousness, and limitations and evolve into highly aware, limitless spices that recognize their power and live in choice, serenity, joy, fulfillment, and unconditional love for eternity.

This realization leads to inner healing and growth, which is an on-going process and a lifetime journey. If we are willing and submit to the flow, there will be so-called ‘the dark night of the soul’ (or, rather, “dark nights”…lol) until it starts getting better. Questions…resistance…denial…whirlpool of emotions…setbacks…doubts…and when you thought it couldn’t get worse…

In the end, there will be a sense of relief and clarity, when the soul and mind are somewhat relieved from incontrollable, irrational fears, anxiety and ‘not-enough’. This means that we have healed, for the most part, from our negative past/childhood programming and limited views of ourselves and the world we live in. Things start to make more sense and you start shining more and more brightly.
However, the journey does not end here. Growth is an on-going, lifetime adventure, full of opportunities for further expansion, but surely, as we progress in our quest, it becomes more and more effortless to overcome personal challenges and be of a greater service to the world. The happier and more fulfilled we become, the more we can contribute to others around us and to the entire universe.

Most of us are motivated to start this path by the strong desire to find meaning and an irresistible pain within. With no answers to be found anywhere outside, we are compelled to turn inward. Thus, the irreversible and never-ending journey of self-discovery begins.
The decision to become “consciously evolved” or “evolve consciously” is a serious undertaking and requires strong determination and commitment. I hope you’re ready as my intention to support you in your journey.
